Do Grandparents Have Time Sharing Rights?

While FLORIDA STATUTES 752 provide various scenarios where the grandparents do have this right, the courts have generally found that the statues are unconstitutional and have denied the rights to the grandparents.

However, FLORIDA STATUTES 751 are still available to grandparents.
